PLACING AND ACCEPTING ORDERS

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and SOSUME is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions, SOSUME is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within two days of receipt of your order.

 

Payment

The only form of payment accepted is by Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card.

 

Credit and Debit Card Transactions

Credit and Debit Card Transactions are processed through the Westpac Bank Secure Internet Payment Service. All credit card transactions are secured using 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption.

When you use a credit or debit card you will be transferred automatically to the Westpac Bank Secure Internet Payment Service to process the transaction. All payments are made over the Westpac Bank secure network. Your card details are never disclosed to us and are not held by us in our database. Please note the Westpac Bank SIPS operates in Australian dollars only.

CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

 

DELIVERY

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform SOSUME if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.

As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to addresses between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. Please consider having your order sent to your work address to avoid missing the courier.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. Any purchases made within Australia will be delivered by either Australia Registered Post 1-7 working days or Express Post within 1-5 days from the date of dispatch.

Overseas purchases will be delivered by Australia Registered Post and take between 3-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of your purchase can be tracked on the Australia Post website, austpost.com.au/track. SOSUME will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.

 

EXCHANGES

Should the item not fit or the colour is not what was desired, for domestic exchanges, SOSUME will accept returns within 10 business days of delivery. For international exchanges, SOSUME will accept returns within 20 business days of delivery. The customer will be liable for all postage and handling fees including duties fees where applicable. Garments received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of SOSUME. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange, please email us your required garment and size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.

SOSUME will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, you must notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if you wish to return.

Exchanging discounted items are based on the sole discretion of SOSUME. Please contact us (phone or email) if you would like to exchange a discounted item.

If the item received is faulty, please send the item back to SOSUME where an assessment will be made. If SOSUME agrees the garment is faulty, a replacement will be dispatched, should stock be available. If the same item is not in stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternate solution. SOSUME reserves the right to charge any additional postage and handling fees.

We advise you to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping costs.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside Australia.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be ONLY be given for two reasons: 1) when you have purchased an item which is out of stock and the website has not been updated notifying you of this; and 2) if we send you an item that you did not order. After the matter is settled between each party, we will then proceed to reimburse the credit/debit card used for the original transaction. Refunds are not given on discounted items.
